Vitals from the healthcare device should surface on the wrist the moment they arrive, and the heart rate only the watch can read has to flow back to mobile. That hop was missing.

Two-way comms across Clomp device, iOS, and the watch live in watchOS; HealthKit heart rate and workout signals surface on the watch UI in real time.
— What followed
Standalone watch workouts — start and stop on the wrist, no phone required — close the watch-side experience of an fNIRS-based AI Running Coach.
